Find your “Own Green Man” or “Woman.” The Green Man from Medieval Time symbolized the Cycle of Life. The Green Sap represented the Life-Force. Just like Prana or your Breath in the Yogic Tradition.
Reference your surroundings, your garden, your view, your river, your lake.
Summer is the Time of Green! And Summer does symbolize the blossoming leading to the harvesting in Autumn.
All supplies included. Create your own Mandala small, medium, or large. From 6 by 6, 12 by 12, or 16 by 16inches.
Wear comfortable clothes, a little yoga, and meditation before, during, and ending. Keep moving and growing. All ages welcome from 12 up!
