  • DISCOVER

“You cannot do yoga. Yoga is your natural state. What you can do are yoga
exercises, which may reveal to you where you are resisting your natural
    state.”
    SHARON GANNON

At River Yoga we encourage and empower each student to discover her/his unique path toward whole health. The ancient practice of yoga combines postures (asanas) and breath (prana), which provides a vehicle to strengthen and embolden our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. River Yoga classes range from very gentle to vigorous and are always offered with modifications and variations to accommodate each and every individual practice. Yoga is an inward journey. Thus, we encourage all of our students to learn from the student and teacher within. Join us as we celebrate greater health, happiness, freedom and wisdom. Thank you for being a part of the River Yoga community. Namaste!
