At River Yoga we encourage and empower each student to discover her/his unique path toward whole health. The ancient practice of yoga combines postures (asanas) and breath (prana), which provides a vehicle to strengthen and embolden our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. River Yoga classes range from very gentle to vigorous and are always offered with modifications and variations to accommodate each and every individual practice. Yoga is an inward journey. This all level class will build strength, lengthen muscles, and increase endurance while cultivating breath. Clancy will also lead the class through simple yogic chants that will help us to dive deeper into our practices!
