About the Event
The Heart is an intersection of transcendence. Transcendence is a choice not a position in Newtonian space-time. Socially, we often learn to see life from the level of our hurts. We can choose, however, to transcend those hurts and expand our experience to include a greater recognition and an embracing of unconditional love.
In this workshop, we will go deeply into understanding ways to develop a healthy heart, including healing grief, betrayals, heartbreaks, and learning authentic forgiveness and receiving. As part of this work, we will explore how gratitude is essential to maintaining a healthy heart and maintaining well-being.
We will practice yoga asanas that help heal and reveal our inner hearts so that we may be present to receive in this current space-time, for healthy transcendence now and in the future.
Tiffany will conduct a collective heart healing for the group, which will focus on releasing emotional packets of the past and a meditation to receive Radiant Love now and in the future.
