About the Event
Join Maggie for this transformational and cathartic experience of body, mind and spirit. This 2 hour workshop utilizes yoga, breath, movement, meditation to connect with body wisdom. We invite deeply rooted stories and belief systems forward to be fully experienced and set free. Yoga teaches us that we can hold to opposing forces/feelings at once. We can embrace discomfort and hard work while remaining graceful and compassionate. We can hold hands with fear while creating an intentional bond with trust and faith in ourselves and our collective. We can have a conversation with the mind, while fully investing in the heart wisdom of the body and allow this wisdom to be our guide. Expect to sweat, laugh, cry, deeply feel and emBODY your story and heal the heart and body.
