RIVER YOGA SCHEDULE
Yoga students enjoy a wide range of health benefits including increased strength, flexibility and endurance, increased concentration and coordination, weight loss and a reduction in anxiety and mental fatigue, just to name a few. It is believed that yoga may decrease and even reverse many of the conditions we associate with aging.

Monday Night INTERMEDIATE FLOW & Ashtanga Yoga

This is a challenging and vigorous class introducing students to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This class will increase muscular strength, endurance and cardio-respiratory fitness.
Tuesday Hatha VINYASA Yoga
Tuesday, 4:30pm - 6:00pm, Stephanie Moon
This class introduces students to the basic Hatha postures combined with breathing techniques and deep relaxation for optimal health. All levels.
Flow Yoga

This midday break will energize and invigorate. All levels.
Thursday Open Yoga

This is a fun challenging class designed as an introduction for beginners as well as a way for more advanced students to deepen their practice. All levels.
