RIVER YOGA INTRODUCES YOGA FOR MEN SERIES

RIVER YOGA 2010 SCHEDULE

Yoga students enjoy a wide range of health benefits including increased strength, flexibility and endurance, increased concentration and coordination, weight loss and a reduction in anxiety and mental fatigue, just to name a few. It is believed that yoga may decrease and even reverse many of the conditions we associate with aging.

Monday Morning WAKE-UP Gentle Yoga

Monday, 9:00am - 10:15am, Liz Price-Kellogg, RYT
Monday Night INTERMEDIATE FLOW & Ashtanga Yoga
Monday, 5:30pm - 7:15pm, Stephanie Moon, RYT
This is a challenging and vigorous class introducing students to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This class will increase muscular strength, endurance and cardio-respiratory fitness.
Tuesday Hatha VINYASA Yoga
Tuesday, 4:30pm - 6:00pm, Jules Flora
This class introduces students to the basic Hatha postures combined with breathing techniques and deep relaxation for optimal health. All levels.
Wednesday LUNCH BREAK Flow Yoga
Wednesday, 12:00pm - 1:00pm (1:00 - 1:15 OPT), Liz Price-Kellogg, RYT
This midday break will energize and invigorate. All levels.
Thursday Open Yoga
Thursday, 5:30pm - 7:00pm, Liz Price-Kellogg, RYT
This is a fun challenging class designed as an introduction for beginners as well as a way for more advanced students to deepen their practice. All levels.

SATURDAY MORNING OPEN YOGA

LAST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH - Join the River Yoga instructors for a free class.  All levels are welcome.             9:00am - 10:15am

All experience levels are welcomed!

$10.00 Drop in. Five card pass: $40.00, Ten card pass: $80.00 (cards may be used for all River Yoga classes in all locations).  Student and Karma rates are available.
