RIVER YOGA 2011 SCHEDULE

Yoga students enjoy a wide range of health benefits including increased strength, flexibility and endurance, increased concentration and coordination, weight loss and a reduction in anxiety and mental fatigue, just to name a few. It is believed that yoga may decrease and even reverse many of the conditions we associate with aging.

Monday Morning Yoga Basics

Monday, 7:30am - 8:45am, Liz Price-Kellogg, RYT
 

Tuesday Yoga Basics

Tuesday, 5:30pm - 6:45pm, Lisa Tiffany, RYT
This class introduces students to the basic Hatha postures combined with breathing techniques and deep relaxation for optimal health. All levels.

Wednesday LUNCH BREAK Flow Yoga

Wednesday, 12:00pm - 1:00pm (1:00 - 1:15 OPT), Mary Brownell, RYT
This midday break will energize and invigorate. All levels.

Thursday Open Yoga

Thursday, 5:30pm - 7:00pm, Liz Price-Kellogg, RYT
This is a fun challenging class designed as an introduction for beginners as well as a way for more advanced students to deepen their practice. All levels.

Friday LUNCH BREAK Flow Yoga

Friday, 12:00pm - 1:00pm (1:00 - 1:15 OPT), TBA
This midday break will energize and invigorate. All levels.

Saturday Open Yoga

     Saturday, 10:30am, Liz Price-Kellogg, RYT

All experience levels are welcomed!

$10.00 Drop in. Five card pass: $40.00, Ten card pass: $80.00 (cards may be used for all River Yoga classes in all locations).  Student and Karma rates are available.
